This week our Brand Ambassador, Aisling Fox @AOKNutrition has shared with the Sásta community, her top summer travel tips to ensure your gut & skin will stay happy, healthy & glowing for your summer adventures, whether it is a weekend away or you're travelling overseas!
Probiotics at least two weeks before you go:
"So one of my top tips straight away is take probiotics before you go, at least 2 weeks before. And if you're someone who gets kind of bad tummy in a way, definitely bring them with you. These are my 2 favourites, Biocare and Merlak."
The better your skin, the better your gut. The better your gut,

Electrolytes will be your best friend:
"I always bring electrolytes when I'm going on holidays as well, especially if you're in the sun, because sometimes we need a little bit of minerals, from electrolytes to actually help absorb our water. We might be downing the water, but not absorbing it properly. So these can be also your best friend. Lastly, do do not forget about your fibre. Order that side of broccoli with your dinner."
