Cooling-Off Period

We hope that you love your Sásta Skin Health products — but it's okay if you change your mind and don't open them. Under the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to a 14 day cooling-off period. This means you can return any products purchased, so long as they are unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received them, within 14 days of your order being made.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Should your product(s) arrive damaged or faulty, we will repair, replace or exchange them when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package.

How to Report an Issue

You can report faulty or damaged products to info@sastaskinhealth.ie. We ask that you please send any photographs or videos you have of the issue so our Customer Care team can best assist you.

Return Timeframe

Any products you wish to return — whether within the 14 day cooling-off period or because they are faulty or damaged — must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Items

For any faulty or damaged products, Sásta Skin Health will assist in facilitating the return free of charge. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, including the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered. Please note we will refund back to the original method of payment only, and this will take 2–5 days depending on your bank.

Customer-Initiated Returns

Please note that if there is no fault with the product(s), it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned safely to us via a postal or courier service, and this cost must be covered by the customer. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, less the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered.

Products Purchased from a Retailer

If any issue arises with a Sásta Skin Health product purchased through one of our stockists, we respectfully ask that you return to the place of purchase and have the issue resolved in line with the store's refund & redress policy and your consumer law entitlements. When a Sásta Skin Health product is purchased through a retailer, your contract of sale is with that retailer — and as such, products purchased cannot be refunded or replaced through Sásta Skin Health directly.
